We are seeking an energetic and collaborative DJ — Team Member to join our dynamic entertainment and hospitality team

Responsibilities

- Curate and mix playlists that match the vibe of each event or venue setting, ensuring a lively and engaging atmosphere
- Collaborate closely with team members, event organizers, and venue staff to coordinate music selections and event flow
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, enhancing their experience through excellent customer service
- Upsell beverages, merchandise, or event packages by leveraging strong negotiation and communication skills
- Manage time effectively during performances to ensure seamless transitions and adherence to event schedules
- Assist in setting up and maintaining DJ equipment, ensuring all technical aspects are functioning properly




- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and maintaining high standards of hospitality

Experience

- Previous experience as a DJ in hospitality settings such as restaurants, hotels, clubs, or events is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm is key!
- Strong knowledge of music genres, mixing techniques, and sound equipment operation
- Proven ability to deliver excellent guest services with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Experience in marketing or promoting events is a plus for increasing venue engagement
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Ability to negotiate with vendors or clients when upselling or coordinating special requests
- Familiarity with time management strategies to keep performances on schedule while maintaining high energy levels
