Join Dogwood Place Child & Youth Development Centre as a permanent part time Behaviour Analyst, enhancing child inclusion and skill development. Ideal for professionals with expertise in ABA and PBS. This position involves 22 hours per week, providing targeted support to children and families. You’ll need a master’s degree in a relevant field along with specialized training and certification from the BACB.

Your role will focus on developing effective behaviour strategies through collaboration within an interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement evidence-based behaviour support plans
- Collaborate with families to enhance child skill development
- Provide coaching and support to staff and community partners
- Assess and document intervention outcomes periodically
- Promote inclusion across various settings for children Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or equivalent
- BACB certification required
- Two years’ experience in child behavioural support
- 2000 hours working with children with developmental disabilities
