Make a vital impact at enCompass as a Court Support Worker specializing in domestic violence cases. Provide essential support to clients navigating the judicial system while working primarily from the Edmonton Law Courts Building. In this role at the Domestic Violence Complainant Assistant Program (DVCAP), you will offer comprehensive case management and court support to individuals affected by domestic violence.

Your work will include monitoring safety plans, assessing risks, and ensuring that every victim receives necessary updates, resources, and empathetic assistance throughout their legal journey. Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients in person and over the phone
- Develop and monitor personalized safety plans
- Provide education on family violence impacts
- Offer referrals to appropriate community resources
- Support clients throughout the court process Requirements:
- Diploma in human services with 2 years related experience
- Professionalism and teamwork-oriented attitude
- Solid communication and assessment skills
- Knowledge of domestic violence dynamics
- Understanding of the Criminal Justice System Bring your skills to enCompass and support victims in their journey through the legal system.
