We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Dry Cleaning Clerk/Counter Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with garment drop-off and pick-up, managing transactions, and ensuring a smooth and effective process. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with dropping off or retrieving their garments
- Process customer orders accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and receipts efficiently
- Organize and tag garments for cleaning or pressing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area




- Communicate effectively with team members regarding garment status or special instructions
- Ensure timely completion of customer requests and uphold high standards of service quality
- Organize and sort garments to their respective sections, based off tag colour on each garment.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
