Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Drywall Finisher to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying finishing touches to drywall surfaces, ensuring smooth, seamless walls and ceilings that meet high-quality standards. Your expertise will help transform raw construction spaces into polished, ready-to-use environments.

Duties

Must have 3 years experience as drywall finisher.

- Apply joint compound, tape, and other finishing materials to drywall surfaces with skill and accuracy
- Sand and smooth drywall surfaces to achieve a flawless finish in preparation for painting or other treatments
- Caulk and seal joints, corners, and edges for enhanced durability and appearance
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings to ensure proper finishing details are followed
- Collaborate with carpenters, painters, and other trades to coordinate project timelines and quality standards
- Conduct quality inspections to identify imperfections and correct them promptly




- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete drywall finishing tasks

Qualifications

- Proven experience in drywall finishing or related construction roles, with a strong understanding of drywall installation and finishing techniques
- Knowledge of construction painting, carpentry, caulking, and general handyman skills is highly desirable
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately
- Construction experience including drywall installation, taping, sanding, and finishing processes
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality results
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively in office
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy materials, and work in various environmental conditions
