This leadership position requires at least five years of eBilling experience, including two years in a supervisory role. You will ensure compliance, achieve performance targets, and enhance billing processes while fostering team collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and support Billing team members
- Oversee draft preparation, revisions, and invoicing
- Ensure timely e-billing submission through client portals
- Analyze and reduce invoice rejection rates
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and inquiries Requirements:
- 5+ years of eBilling experience in a law firm
- At least 2 years in a leadership capacity
- Strong knowledge of eBilling systems and LEDES files
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
