Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to foster a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse learners, including children with special needs. This role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

The Educator will collaborate with colleagues and families to support each child's growth and ensure a positive classroom experience.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Observe and assess children's developmental progress, maintaining detailed records.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and needs.
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate children with disabilities or special educational requirements.
- Foster social skills, emotional regulation, and positive behavior among children.




- Collaborate with team members to organize classroom activities, outings, and events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials and supplies.
- Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education through ongoing professional development.

- Effective writing skills for maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Computer literacy including basic computer operation for documentation and communication purposes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.60-$28.36 per hour
