ECE Teacher: Responsibilities

- Creating monthly themes

- Creating lesson plans
- Creating art activities based on monthly themes
- Contributing to the FSMA newsletter
- Making sure hygienic practices are performed
- Cleaning and disinfecting the materials and furniture
- Following the set-out schedule
- Participating in two Parent/Teacher Interviews a year
- Participating in all meetings, workshops, P.D. days, as outlined in the school calendar
- Keeping the classroom tidy, clean and fresh
- Always being aware that you are representing FSMA in action, clothing and manner
- Working in harmony with your co-teachers.

The successful candidate must possess:

1. Valid CPR/First Aid

2. ECE diploma

3. Valid Police check

4. Immunization records and
5. T. B. test

6. Covid Vaccine

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $22.00-$23.00 per hour +WE ($2.00/hr)+CWELCC funding ($3.00/hr)

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
