Role Description The Elemis Skincare Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based in Ottawa, ON. In this position, the Specialist provides personalized skincare consultations, product recommendations, and demonstrations to help clients achieve their skincare goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with customers on the sales floor, performing mini-treatments or product trials, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.

The role also involves meeting sales targets, supporting promotional events, educating customers on product benefits and usage,



and collaborating with team members to deliver an elevated brand experience.

Qualifications

- Skincare and beauty expertise, including strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, product usage, and ability to provide personalized recommendations.
- Customer service and retail skills, with experience in client-facing roles, consultative selling, and managing point-of-sale transactions.
- Communication and interpersonal abilities, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and a professional, inclusive approach to diverse clients.
- Sales and brand representation skills, with the capacity to meet targets, support in-store events, and embody ELEMIS brand values and standards.
- Ability to work on-site in Ottawa, ON, with adaptable availability for evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail in maintaining product displays, stock levels, and treatment areas.
- Previous experience in spa, beauty, or luxury retail environments is an asset.
- Training or certification in aesthetics or skincare is beneficial but not mandatory.
