Our expertise lies in one-on-one, in-home tutoring, focusing on the specific subjects where students require assistance.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in tutoring Math and experience working with children. As a Tutor, you will play a crucial role in educating and supporting students to enhance their understanding of the subject matter, improve their academic performance, and foster a love for learning.

Duties

- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students.
- Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to develop personalized learning plans.
- Create engaging lesson plans and educational materials tailored to individual student needs.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to ensure effective learning.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes student confidence and motivation.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement.




- Collaborate with other educators to align tutoring sessions with classroom instruction.

Experience

- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is preferred.
- Strong understanding of educational best practices and child development principles.
- Ability to engage effectively with children and create an enjoyable learning experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey concepts clearly.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for helping students succeed academically.
