Overview

Our Vancouver-based client is looking for a hands-on Email Marketing Specialist to support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns. This is a 3-month, part-time contract (30 hours/week).

The ideal candidate will have experience building marketing emails within Marketo or HubSpot, creating email layouts, supporting customer journey campaigns, and executing email sends in a fast-paced environment. This role is highly execution-focused and best suited for someone who enjoys taking ownership of email production and campaign execution while working within established processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, test, and deploy marketing emails using Marketo
- Create and modify email layouts using existing templates and modules
- Support the execution of customer journeys, nurture campaigns, and automated marketing programs
- Apply basic campaign logic and understand how emails, workflows, and automation interact within the customer journey
- Perform QA testing to ensure email accuracy, functionality, and brand compliance
- Manage and complete incoming Jira tickets while maintaining accurate status updates
- Create and update landing pages using approved templates and content




- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the design team to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule

Requirements

- Hands-on experience with Marketo
- Experience building and executing email marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, nurture campaigns, and marketing automation workflows
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot basic campaign logic, including triggers, workflows, dependencies, and automation processes
- Experience creating email layouts and working with reusable modules/templates
- Experience working within a ticketing system such as Jira
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
