Bayshore HealthCare is seeking an Intake Specialist in Mississauga for hybrid work with the Client Experience team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, guide families and referral sources to Bayshore services, and document client information in the CRM.

The role requires robust communication, empathy, and multitasking abilities, with experience using Word and Excel. Evening and weekend availability is expected as part of coverage.
