Solutions is seeking a dedicated Rig Assistant to ensure best-in-class service delivery. You will work closely with the ERU Operator, maintaining tools, lifting equipment, and safety protocols. An emphasis on safety and teamwork is essential, as you'll participate in daily safety assessments and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist ERU Operator with continuous rod service equipment
- Demonstrate safety leadership during daily assessments
- Maintain positive relationships within the crew
- Handle continuous rod to ensure downhole performance
- Complete required paperwork accurately and timely

Requirements:

- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Experience in continuous rod handling preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and pass safety tests
- Solid communication and stamina under pressure
