Responsibilities

- Design and deliver dynamic English lessons tailored to diverse student needs and skill levels
- Proofread and edit student writing to ensure clarity, accuracy, and proper grammar usage
- Provide classroom instruction that encourages active participation and critical thinking
- Offer one-on-one tutoring sessions to reinforce learning objectives and address individual challenges
- Develop organizational tools such as lesson plans, assessments, and progress reports to track student growth
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support educational goals




- Incorporate special education strategies when working with students requiring additional support or accommodations

Qualifications

- Proven classroom experience teaching English or related subjects
- Robust writing skills with an eye for detail in proofreading and editing
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey concepts and motivate learners
- Demonstrated organizational skills for lesson planning and record keeping
- Experience in tutoring students of various ages and skill levels
- Knowledge of special education practices and inclusive teaching methods is a plus
- Passion for helping students succeed and fostering a positive learning environment
