- Help customers find the best AT&T; wireless, fiber, and bundled solutions based on their needs
- Explain product features in a straightforward, relatable way (no technical background needed—we train you)
- Assist with account setup, upgrades, and service enrollments
- Track customer interactions and maintain organized records
- Support in-store operations, including merchandising and customer experience
- Work closely with a team to hit goals and deliver strong results
