About the Role

360 Home Developments is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Surveyor to join our growing construction and development team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build hands-on experience in construction surveying and land development. The successful candidate will work alongside our construction and project teams to support accurate measurements, site layouts, and surveying activities throughout the construction process.

No previous professional experience is required. We are looking for someone with the right educational background, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform and assist with construction surveying and site measurements
- Establish and verify elevations, grades, boundaries, and construction layouts
- Assist with setting out building foundations, structures, and other construction elements
- Collect, record, and maintain accurate field data
- Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and survey documents
- Assist with site inspections and measurements
- Work closely with project coordinators, construction managers, contractors, and trades
- Operate surveying equipment and related technology
- Assist with preparing survey documentation and reports
- Maintain accurate records and ensure measurements meet project requirements
- Follow all company and job-site health and safety procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

- Post-secondary education in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Engineering Technology, or a related field
- Robust understanding of basic surveying and construction principles




- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and on active construction sites
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's licence is an asset
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, total stations, GPS/GNSS, or other surveying technology is an asset
- No minimum professional experience required
