Join our dynamic team as an Equipment Technician specializing in Booms, Telehandlers, and Scissor Lifts! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a variety of heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety in office. Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on boom lifts, telehandlers, scissor lifts, and other heavy equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues using schematics and diagnostic tools.
- Conduct assembly, disassembly, and component replacement for various types of industrial equipment.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools to execute repairs efficiently.
- Maintain detailed service records, work logs, and maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical systems and wiring on complex machinery.
- Support customer service efforts by providing technical guidance and updates on equipment status.

Requirements

- Proven experience working with heavy machinery such as excavators, cranes, forklifts,



or farm machinery—dealership experience is highly valued.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair or industrial equipment maintenance.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance apparatus.
- Experience operating or maintaining heavy equipment like boom lifts, telehandlers, or scissor lifts.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems or other industrial systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency; ability to perform heavy lifting safely.
- Valid certifications related to forklift operation or heavy equipment are preferred; relevant mechanic or electrical certifications are a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation with clear communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
