Join our expert team at Preferred Collision Kingston as a Collision Center Estimator! We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to assess vehicle damage, create accurate estimates, and deliver exceptional service to our clients and insurance partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Write and review damage estimates using Mitchell & Audatex systems
- Coordinate with production and parts teams to meet profitability and delivery targets
- Communicate with customers and insurers throughout the repair process
- Identify additional sales opportunities while ensuring estimate accuracy
- Follow up on open estimates and manage RO file closures

What You Bring:

- 2–3 years of experience in collision repair estimating or sales
- Proficiency in Mitchell Cloud Estimating , RepairCenter and Audatex a plus
- High school or college diploma in automotive body repair
- Valid G Driver's License
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
