Join ILS as an Evening Attendant and provide vital support to clients seeking independence at home. Your skills will help enhance their quality of life each day. In this part-time permanent role, you'll be contributing to the dignity and independence of adults with physical disabilities and seniors.
You'll report to the Supervisor of Staffing while assisting with non-medical daily living activities. Solid communication and problem-solving abilities are essential to ensure clients receive the best care. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily living activities according to service plans
- Report any client issues to supervisors promptly
- Build rapport with diverse clients and families
- Use prescribed tools and equipment safely
- Maintain client confidentiality and ethical standards Requirements:
- Personal Support Worker Certification, RN or DSW required
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Minimum 3000 hours experience in community care
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
