A Maze N Fun Inc. is hiring part-time event staff and drivers for events in Sudbury and surrounding areas.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking people who are available during the week, especially for daytime setup, delivery, pickup, and event support shifts. This position is ideal for someone who has versatile weekday availability, enjoys physical work, and is comfortable working around families, schools, community events, and private bookings.

We are especially looking for applicants who can drive company vehicles and help transport inflatable attractions, games, and event equipment.

Position Details

Company: A Maze N Fun Inc.

Location: Sudbury, ON and surrounding area

Job Type: Part-time / seasonal / casual

Schedule: Weekday availability required; some evenings and weekends available

Pay: $18–$25/hour depending on role, experience, availability, and driving responsibilities

Responsibilities

Duties may include

- Loading and unloading inflatables, games, and event equipment
- Setting up and taking down inflatable attractions
- Driving company vehicles to and from event locations, if approved as a driver
- Supervising inflatable attractions and activity areas
- Helping with lines, crowd flow, shoes, and customer questions
- Cleaning, drying, rolling, and organizing equipment
- Working with schools, community groups, fairs, festivals, and private events
- Following safety procedures and instructions from lead staff
- Communicating clearly with managers and other team members

Driver Responsibilities Driver applicants may also be responsible for:

- Driving company trucks, trailers, or vans
- Safely loading and securing equipment
- Completing deliveries and pickups on time
- Helping lead small crews in office
- Communicating with customers when arriving at events
- Returning equipment to the warehouse properly after events





Requirements

Applicants must be

- Reliable and punctual
- Available during weekdays, especially daytime hours
- Comfortable with physical work
- Able to lift, carry, pull, and move event equipment
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Friendly and skilled with customers
- Able to follow instructions and safety rules
- Able to work as part of a team

Driver Requirements

Drivers must have

- Valid driver’s licence
- Clean or acceptable driving record
- Confidence driving larger vehicles or trailers is an asset
- Experience with trucks, trailers, deliveries, moving, landscaping, construction, events, or equipment transport is an asset

Assets The following experience is helpful but not required:

- Event setup or festival work
- Inflatable rental experience
- Customer service
- Warehouse work
- Moving/delivery work
- Landscaping or construction
- Working with children/families
- Trailer towing experience

Ideal Candidate The ideal person is dependable, physically capable, positive, and available when most students are not — especially during weekday daytime shifts. We are looking for people who can be counted on when events happen during school hours, weekdays, and last-minute bookings.
