You'll handle participant engagement for the Race for the Kids initiative, manage logistics, and coordinate volunteers to enhance participant and donor experiences. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute peer-to-peer fundraising strategies for Race for the Kids
- Plan and deliver unique events to strengthen donor relationships
- Manage event plans, timelines, and communications with stakeholders
- Oversee logistics and on-site execution during events
- Utilize event technology for participant registration and management Requirements:
- Minimum three years' experience in event planning
- University degree or diploma in relevant fields
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in peer-to-peer fundraising is an asset
