Your role requires travel within British Columbia to ensure accurate assessments and collaboration with teams. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed project cost estimates including labor and materials
- Review drawings and contract documents for each tender
- Visit job sites to gather necessary information
- Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and need assessments
- Analyze subcontractor quotes for competitiveness Requirements:
- Engineering degree or Civil Engineering diploma
- Seven years of experience in the construction sector
- Five years of cost estimating experience
- Proficiency in estimating software, preferably HCSS
