The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in internal controls, financial reporting, and budgeting. This full-time position enables you to lead a dedicated accounting team and improve financial processes while ensuring compliance and accuracy. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage month-end closing processes and reconciliations
- Prepare management reports and key financial statements




- Lead financial analysis to support operational decisions
- Coordinate year-end audits and tax returns
- Develop internal controls and identify process improvements Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years in a controller or similar role
- Solid understanding of cash flow management and compliance
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
