British Builders Inc. is growing our foundation repair and waterproofing division in Edmonton and we are looking for an experienced foundation repair technician to join our team.

We are looking for someone who already has hands-on experience with foundation repair, waterproofing, drainage, excavation, or related residential construction work and can confidently work as part of a small crew.

This is not an entry-level position. We need someone dependable, skilled, and comfortable working in a physically demanding construction setting.

Typical Work Includes:

- Exterior foundation excavation and waterproofing
- Foundation crack repair
- Weeping tile and drainage installation
- Sump pump and sump basin installation
- Window well installation
- Interior waterproofing systems
- Concrete cutting and demolition
- Backfilling and site restoration
- Basic carpentry and framing where required
- Operating power tools and construction equipment
- Working alongside and helping direct labourers

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous foundation repair, waterproofing, concrete, excavation, or similar construction experience
- Strong understanding of residential construction
- Comfortable working around excavations, concrete, power tools, and heavy materials




- Ability to work independently and solve problems on site
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Able to consistently report to work fit for duty
- Valid driver's licence preferred
- Own transportation preferred
- Able to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Comfortable with physically demanding work

Experience with foundation waterproofing systems, weeping tile, sump systems, crack repair, concrete work, framing, or operating excavation equipment is a major asset.
