Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the preparation and execution of landscape projects • Dig, plant, and level for site modifications • Operate small equipment and tools effectively • Ensure sites are tidy and organized • Assist in cleanup and material movement tasks

Requirements: • 2+ years of landscape lead hand experience • Valid driver's license and transport availability • Comfortable working outdoors in summer • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly • Robust commitment to teamwork and safety
