Tobermory Brewing Company & Grill is looking for one experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team immediately for the remainder of our 2026 season.

We are a busy, established restaurant and craft brewery located in the heart of Tobermory. We need an experienced, reliable cook who can step into a professional kitchen, work confidently during service, and contribute to a strong team.

What You'll Do

- Work confidently on the line during busy restaurant service
- Prepare and execute menu items accurately and consistently
- Work grill, sauté, fryer and other stations as required
- Complete daily prep and maintain an organized station
- Maintain high standards for food quality and presentation
- Follow proper food safety, sanitation and storage procedures
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties




- Communicate and work effectively with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and other kitchen staff
- Stay organized and efficient during high-volume service

Who We're Looking For This position is best suited to an experienced restaurant cook who can get up to speed quickly.

The ideal candidate

- Has previous professional line cook experience
- Is comfortable working in a busy, high-volume restaurant
- Can work independently without constant supervision
- Is reliable, organized and punctual
- Works well under pressure
- Has a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Takes pride in cleanliness, organization and food quality
- Is available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
- Has or can obtain a valid Food Handler Certificate prior to starting

While this position is initially a two-month contract, there is an opportunity for the right candidate to return when Tobermory Brewing Company & Grill begins its 2027 season in March.
