Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Roofer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that each project is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to determine roofing requirements.
- Perform heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, tiles, or metal sheets to facilitate installation or repairs.
- Apply caulking and sealants to ensure watertight seals around flashing, vents, and joints.
- Conduct inspections of completed work to verify quality standards and identify areas needing repair or adjustment.




- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly throughout each project phase.

Skills

- Proficiency with hand tools used in roofing and construction tasks.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately to follow project plans precisely.
- Experience with caulking applications for waterproofing purposes.
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged work periods at heights.
- Handyman experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility across various building tasks.
