As the lead in this critical role, you will facilitate communication between client L2/L3 and vendor liaisons while overseeing the integrity of patch deployment across 811 PB environments.

Responsibilities include planning non-disruptive upgrades and validating system health. You'll direct offshore SMEs and maintain compliance reporting critical to storage operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead firmware and microcode patch execution across diverse storage systems
- Validate health checks and multipathing setups pre-upgrade




- Collaborate on SAN/NAS and switching firmware cycles
- Oversee lifecycle tracking and compliance of storage assets
- Conduct RCA and implement rollback if necessary Requirements:
- Proficiency with IBM, HPE, Dell EMC, and NetApp systems
- Experience working with L2/L3 and vendor communications
- Strong knowledge of NDU practices and reporting
- Familiarity with SAN/NAS environments and compliance protocols
