As part of the Financial Diligence team, you will be instrumental in providing financial transaction assistance to clients worldwide. This leadership role requires deep analytical skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. Coordinate due diligence engagements, assess financial conditions, and ensure that transactions are executed smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:



• Participate in due diligence engagements for corporate clients • Analyze operational accounting records and management interviews • Identify issues impacting purchase prices and deal structures • Prepare evaluations of financial projections and forecasts • Assist in post-closing processes for transaction integration

Requirements: • At least 6 years of experience in relevant fields • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting • CPA or equivalent designation required • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerBI • Must speak both French and English fluently
