Insight Global is seeking multiple Fabricators/Assemblers to join an elevator manufacturing team. These individuals will be responsible for fabricating, fitting, and assembling metal components in a production environment while following blueprints and quality standards.
Successful candidates will have at least two years of manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and hands-on experience using a variety of hand and power tools.
SHIFTS:
Schedule: Day Shift, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or Afternoon Shift, 3:00pm or 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Perform assembly-line fabrication and assembly work.
- Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal components according to blueprints and specifications.
- Complete light welding, tack welding, and spot welding as required.
- Glue, fasten, bolt, and fit parts together to complete assemblies.
- Operate hand and power tools, including grinders, drills, ratchets, and wrenches.
- Grind, sand, and finish metal components to meet quality requirements.
- Inspect completed parts for proper fit, alignment, and overall quality.
- Follow established safety procedures and production standards.
Record production information using computerized systems when required.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum two years of experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly workplace.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical instructions.
- Experience using hand and power tools, including grinders and drills.
- Experience fabricating, fitting, and assembling metal components.
- Ability to work the afternoon shift after completing the initial training period.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Pay Transparency:
The expected hour rate for this position falls between $23to $28/hr
