Join Bass Pro Shops as a Facilities Maintenance Outfitter. This temporary role focuses on daily upkeep and repairs for buildings, equipment, and grounds while coordinating with service providers. Reporting to the Co-Manager/Assistant General Manager, your responsibilities will encompass hands-on maintenance, training service providers, and overseeing repair tasks.

You will assist in maintaining a safe and visually appealing retail setting. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will enhance overall operations and customer experiences daily. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct repairs and preventative maintenance on all facilities
- Train service providers on proper company procedures
- Schedule and supervise maintenance personnel activities




- Monitor service contracts like HVAC and snow removal
- Assist in maintaining the sales floor and visual standards Requirements:
- Vocational/Technical School Certificate preferred
- Supervisor experience and training capabilities are assets
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required
- General knowledge of retail practices preferred
