Position: Family Lawyer (minimum of 4+ years of experience) Independently manage family law files, optional additional areas of law within firm. Handle a wide range of family law matters, including separation agreements, spousal maintenance, and asset division. Draft pleadings and speak to chamber applications.
Experience in general civil litigation is an asset. Minimum of 4 years of current experience in British Columbia family law practice. Desire to become part of the community served.
