- Support achieving greater independence and personal goals
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care
- Encourage involvement in community and recreational activities

- Implement individualized support strategies with accurate documentation

Requirements:

- Diploma in Rehabilitation or Social Services plus 2 years’ experience
- Valid First Aid/CPR and Medication Administration certification
- Recent Vulnerable Police clearance within 6 months
