A thorough understanding of mechanical and hydraulic systems is essential. Solid communication and leadership skills are required to conduct safety briefings and report machinery status to supervisors effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate various types of on-track equipment
- Inspect machines for defects and repairs
- Communicate operational conditions to the supervisor
- Complete accurate daily reporting and documentation
- Ensure adherence to on-track safety protocols Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in mechanical operations
- Familiarity with Loram or similar equipment preferred
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification and driver’s license
