Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures tailored to field operations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits across multiple sites to identify hazards and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Lead engaging safety training and development programs for employees at all levels, emphasizing best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and safety violations thoroughly, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with management to establish safety goals, track performance metrics, and promote a culture of continuous safety improvement.




- Facilitate communication between field teams and corporate safety departments to ensure consistent adherence to safety protocols.
- Stay current on industry regulations, emerging risks, and innovative safety solutions to proactively address potential issues.

- Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a strong understanding of operational workflows.
- Expertise in developing and delivering effective training & development programs focused on safety practices.
- Excellent observational skills for conducting detailed site inspections and hazard assessments.
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey safety expectations and foster engagement among diverse teams.
- Ability to analyze incident data, identify trends, and implement targeted improvement strategies.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations applicable to field operations in multiple locations.
