GFL Environmental is looking for a full-time Industrial Services Supervisor to help support our liquids operations in Sudbury, ON. The Supervisor will handle all aspects of day to day operations, by utilizing effective communication skills and time management to prioritize and optimize daily production. They will be required to lead and manage a crew of varying competencies and skills sets.

Adhering to company policies and procedures, while maintaining all documentation as required. Provide assistance to customers/outside haulers while on site Conduct pre shift tailgates Abide by rules and requirements while on customers or GFL property Manage and maintain various data management systems on and off site E inventory Help provide coaching and training to others Ensure coordination with other departments and other shifts to clarify roles and responsibilities.



Manage employee complaints and concerns Attend meetings and training as required Oversight of employees to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and work in a safe environment at all times Compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Shift work will be required to work day shift, afternoon shift, night shift. Also continental shifts according to the latest schedule (12 hour shifts).
