Require experience in Sage 50, in payables and in inventory along with extensive experience in Microsoft Excel on programming (not just Data entry). If you do not have this experience in these fields, please do not apply.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
- Review and analyze vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Manage vendor relationships, including resolving payment discrepancies and addressing vendor inquiries
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Prepare and maintain financial reports related to accounts payable activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper coding and approval of invoices
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable

Skills:
- Proficiency in Sage 50
- Solid analytical skills to review and analyze financial data
- Knowledge of account reconciliation processes and procedures
- Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions




- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills to interact with vendors, colleagues, and management
