Nemcor is looking for an experienced Financial Analyst - Sales & Accounting to join our Finance team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with numbers but also wants to understand the business behind them. You will work with financial, sales, inventory and customer data; prepare recurring reporting and forecasts; support month-end accounting; and provide analysis that helps our teams make better business decisions.

The position works closely with Finance, Sales and other areas of the business and offers broad exposure across both accounting and commercial analysis.

This is an on-site position. Candidates should currently live within reasonable commuting distance of Cambridge, Ontario.

What You'll Do

· Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly financial and sales reporting.

· Analyze sales, shipment, point-of-sale and inventory data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.

· Monitor customer and product performance, including sell-through, inventory levels, promotional activity and replenishment.

· Prepare clear analysis and presentations for customer meetings, business reviews and internal management discussions.

· Prepare quarterly sales and royalty forecasts, including variance analysis and updates to assumptions.

· Prepare monthly royalty reporting and coordinate related payments.

· Complete month-end reconciliations, journal entries and supporting schedules.

· Support external financial and licensing audits by preparing reconciliations, schedules and requested documentation.

· Assist with direct-import invoicing and related documentation.

· Prepare annual stewardship reporting.

· Support additional Finance projects and analysis as business needs evolve.

What We're Looking For





· Post-secondary diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.

· 3-5 years of relevant accounting, financial analysis or commercial finance experience.

· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large volumes of financial or sales data.

· Solid understanding of reconciliations, journal entries and month-end accounting processes.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to interpret data and communicate conclusions clearly to both financial and non-financial colleagues.

· Solid attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and recurring reporting requirements.

· Comfortable taking ownership of work and working independently within a collaborative team.

Nice to Have

Experience in any of the following would be considered an asset:

· Consumer products, retail, wholesale or manufacturing.

· Point-of-sale or retail customer data.

· Inventory and sales analysis.

· Royalty or licensing reporting.

· ERP or business intelligence systems.

· Artificial intelligence tools used for analysis, reporting or productivity.
