About the Role

We’re hiring experienced OTR Flatbed Drivers to haul steel, lumber, building materials, machinery, and industrial freight on USA–Canada long-haul lanes. This is a high-mileage, safety-focused role with competitive percentage-based pay, consistent weekly dispatch, and modern equipment.

Drivers operate remotely across North America and report to the hub only for orientation, equipment pickup, or scheduled check-in.

Pay & Benefits

·Pay: 25–28% of Gross Load Revenue

·Trucks: 2022–2026 model year manual (10/13/18-speed) and automatic tractors (Peterbilt, Kenworth, Volvo, Freightliner)

·Trailers: 53' flatbeds, step decks, and Conestogas with winches, chains, straps, and tarps

·Freight Types: Steel coils, rebar, lumber, construction materials, industrial machinery, oversized loads

Requirements

·Valid Class AZ CDL with clean abstract

·Minimum 2 years OTR flatbed experience (USA–Canada lanes preferred; training available for strong candidates)

·Must pass DOT/NSC physical and maintain current Medical Examiner’s Certificate





·Knowledge of cargo securement rules (49 CFR Part 393 Subpart I / Canada NSC Standard 10) — tie-downs, working load limits, tarping

·Ability to work independently, communicate professionally with dispatch and customers

·English proficiency required for safety, compliance, and border documentation

·Comfortable with manual and automatic transmissions (training/refresher available)

Home Time & Lanes

·Home Time:

oEvery 5 days (36 hours reset)

o Every 10–14 days (versatile for strong performers; 3 days home after 11–14)

·Primary Lanes: Ontario/Quebec ↔ USA

·No Forced Dispatch — drivers have input on load selection and lanes.
