As a Community Health Nurse, your role encompasses comprehensive clinical services and support in homecare, focusing on health education for all age groups. You'll maintain essential health records and promote independence among chronically ill and disabled clients, all while advocating for better health practices in the community.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage home health nursing and support services • Educate the community on various health issues • Lead immunization programs for school-age children • Support the monitoring of chronically ill individuals • Oversee Home Care Staff and uphold health confidentiality

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred • Must be registered with CRNS • Valid Driver's License mandatory • Practical Nursing Diploma required • Licensed by Saskatchewan Association of Licensed Practical Nurses
