You will also oversee the management and optimization of recruitment processes, tools, ERP systems, internal talent marketplace strategies, and campus recruitment partnerships to ensure seamless integration and efficiency across the talent acquisition lifecycle.

Recruitment

Strategy & Implementation Design, implement, and drive adoption of AI‑enabled recruitment tools and workflows. Redesign hiring processes to integrate automation without compromising candidate experience. Stay current on emerging AI technologies and ensure ethical, compliant use in recruitment.

Recruitment/Onboarding Processes, Tools & ERP Management Manage and optimize recruitment and onboarding processes and systems, including ATS and ERP integrations. Ensure seamless connectivity between recruitment platforms and broader HR technology ecosystem. Develop and manage internal talent marketplace strategies to promote internal mobility and career growth.





Partner with Learning & Development and HRBPs to align internal talent strategies with workforce planning.

Campus

Recruitment & Partnerships Develop campus recruitment programs to attract early‑career talent and strengthen the talent pipeline. Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and campus engagements.

Talent

Sourcing & Pipeline Development Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding Execute data‑driven recruitment marketing campaigns. Enhance employer brand presence across social media and career platforms.

Performance

Measurement & Insights Define and track KPIs (i.e. time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction). Use analytics to measure impact and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Change

Management & Capability Building Train recruiters and hiring managers on tools and best practices. Collaborate with HR Operations and HRBPs to drive organizational change and adoption of recent technologies. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering growth and high performance.

Partner with senior leadership to align talent acquisition strategy with organizational goals. Manage vendor relationships and optimize recruiting tools and platforms. 5-7 years in talent acquisition. ~ Team leadership considered an asset. ~ Proven success in recruitment transformation and AI‑enabled hiring strategies. ~ Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities. ~ Experience managing recruitment processes. ~ Quality.
