AEP Ontario is seeking a Framing Project Coordinator to oversee residential and commercial framing projects across Ontario. This role focuses on coordinating materials, managing site crews, and ensuring timely project deliveries. The ideal candidate possesses wood framing expertise, can read construction drawings, and has experience in construction coordination.

You will manage project schedules, prepare material lists, and communicate with suppliers and site personnel. A detail-oriented and proactive approach is essential for the success of our projects. Key Responsibilities:

- Complete framing material takeoffs from construction drawings
- Prepare and oversee delivery schedules for materials
- Coordinate project schedules with crews and stakeholders




- Communicate project requirements regularly with site supervisors
- Track material orders and resolve supply issues Requirements:
- Experience in wood framing or construction coordination
- Robust comprehension of architectural and structural drawings
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
