Our Montreal-based banking client is seeking an experienced French-speaking Business Analyst to support a major organizational integration program. Working within the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) IT team, the consultant will act as a liaison between business, operations and delivery teams. This engagement requires three days onsite per week in Montreal.

Support Product

Owners, business partners and IT teams with decisions and business deliverables. Define, plan and execute business analysis activities. Lead workshops with business stakeholders. Perform impact assessments across end-to-end business processes. Gather, document and maintain business, stakeholder and process requirements. Define UAT scenarios and support users through testing, operational readiness and transition.

Support





Agile delivery and continuous process improvement. Contribute to AI-enabled improvements in business analysis and requirements gathering. Fluency in French. Based in Montreal and able to work onsite three days per week. Banking industry experience. Content-management experience involving DocuSign, CMOD or FileNet. Robust business requirements gathering and documentation experience.

Experience with business-process and impact analysis.

Experience supporting UAT, operational readiness and transition activities.

Experience working within Agile delivery environments. #
