About Us

Founded in 2003, Inspiration Learning Center is a well-established tutoring organization with multiple locations across the GTA. We specialize in academic support and private school admissions guidance for students from elementary through high school.

Our York Mills Campus (York Mills & Don Mills) offers a dynamic, supportive teaching environment that values professional integrity, instructional creativity, and student success.

Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated French Tutor to teach students from Grades 1 to 8. This is an in-person role involving both one-on-one and small group instruction. Ideal candidates are passionate educators with a strong understanding of the Ontario curriculum and a desire to make a real impact on student growth.

Responsibilities:

- Teach French in one-on-one and small group settings
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students’ individual needs and levels
- Adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and abilities
- Assign appropriate homework and monitor student progress
- Build students’ confidence in French listening, speaking, reading and writing
- Provide regular feedback and communicate with center staff and parents as needed

Qualifications:





- University degree in French, Education or a related field
- Robust French language proficiency, both spoken and written
- Previous French teaching or tutoring experience preferred
- Familiarity with the Ontario French curriculum is an asset
- OCT certification is an asset, but not required
- Patient, engaging, responsible, and able to motivate students
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
