Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service at the front counter or dining area
- Take and process orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Prepare and assemble food items following safety and quality standards, including pizza making and line cooking
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure prompt service and food delivery

Skills





- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of food handling and safety procedures
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cashiering tasks
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders and customer needs simultaneously
- Basic math skills for cash handling, change calculation, and order accuracy
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper kitchen hygiene practices
- Experience in food preparation, including pizza making or line cooking preferred but not required
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
