Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Counter/ Customer Service member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support in a professional environment.

NOTE: This position is SATURDAY ONLY from 8 am to 5 pm, 9 hours per week. If you are looking for more than one shift per week or Saturdays do not meet your schedule, please do not apply to this position.

Duties

- Greet and assist customers as they arrive, providing a warm and welcoming experience
- Handle incoming calls to address questions and facilitate service offerings
- Use our POS system to create customer orders on check in and check out customer orders on pick up




- Check and tag dry cleaning and laundry orders; sort laundry to be cleaned
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
- Take customer payments

Skills

- Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.50 per hour
