Duties

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and qualified manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries or requests
- Provide information about motel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or issues, escalating to management when necessary
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications: This is an Entry Level Position. No experience necessary. Training provided.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is a plus




- Knowledge of hotel procedures and guest services is beneficial
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are an advantage in order to assist international guests
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
