Langley Taekwondo is one of the largest Martial Arts Schools in the Fraser Valley. We are looking for someone who has great customer service skills, can multi-task, and is detail-oriented.

Tasks (but not limited to):

- Respond to all client inquiries
- Register current students
- Use our martial arts software for billing and student-related tasks
- Write up emails about news and events & manage our social media accounts
- Responsible for many little miscellaneous tasks around the gym. May including inventory, data organization, data inputs, cleaning, etc.

Knowledge & Experience

- Google: Gmail, Sheets, Doc, Forms, Photos, and Slides
- Social media: Instagram, Facebook, etc.

It will be considered an asset if you have a Taekwondo background and/or previous administrative position, but not required. You just need to be willing to learn the culture and tasks required.
