- 11:00 p.m.) seeks energetic caregivers who can faithfully support children through their challenges. In this position, you'll become a trusted ally to children facing complex emotional needs.

Your role includes mentoring, setting healthy boundaries, and creating joyful interactions, all while being a consistent, compassionate presence. The position demands creativity, accountability, and patience to navigate the meaningful work of building trust and facilitating healing. Key Responsibilities:

- Build trust through positive engagement and mentorship
- Guide youth through crisis situations with intervention strategies




- Document daily activities and observations meticulously
- Collaborate with Program Supervisors on therapeutic plans
- Create joyful experiences through games and activities

Requirements:

- Passion for supporting youth with emotional needs
- Experience in youth care or social work preferred
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care
- Reliable 4-door vehicle and Class 5 Driver's License
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
