This role focuses on client intake, assessments, and crisis intervention, ensuring a holistic approach to clients' legal and social needs. Ideal candidates will have a commitment to anti-oppression and social justice while demonstrating strong advocacy and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client intakes and assessments efficiently
- Manage client cases with a holistic support strategy
- Provide crisis intervention and follow-up support services
- Assist with community outreach and systemic change initiatives
- Collaborate in a team-focused environment to enhance client experiences Requirements:
- 3-5 years of case management experience
- Master of Social Work (MSW) preferred
- Solid advocacy and communication skills
